Pengenalan Peralatan:
MRD has same working principal as MRC, it is also known as high-shear emulsification pump, high-shear mixer, high-shear reactor etc. It is usually working on one-way operating mode or continue cyclic. Its shape is similar to centrifugal pump, the rotor/ stator structure is installed in the working chamber, and the outside designed with material inlet and outlet, after the material is feeding into the chamber, through several times of high frequency shearing, fragmenting, emulsifying and dispersing by single or multistage stator-rotor structural combination, getting fine, delicate and stable product.
