Equipment Introduction:

MRJ is a new type enhanced mixing device, usually used at the top of the container, for batch operation. It uses the strong negative pressure generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and makes the liquid under the effect of the diversion of the variable-diameter stator cavity, formed a top-down vertical circulation flow. At the same time, the material is subjected to strong jet, extrusion, friction, impact, turbulence and other comprehensive effects between the rotor/stator, so that the material can be rapidly dispersed, mixed, deagglomerated, broken, and dissolved.
